Low carb, low fat, easy to make and it is delicious!
- 1/2 cup of eggwhites
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 mashed banana (you can use any fruit you prefer)
- 2 tbs almond milk (or skim milk)
Mix all the ingredients. and just like you make regular pancakes, pour the mixture ( depending on how big or small you like to have your pancakes – heat on MEDIUM.) Flip over careful and cook the other side until golden. Once your pancakes are cooked, you can add sugar-free syrup.
