- 1 cup of Whey (chocolate or any flavor you want)
- 1 pack of gelatin
- 1 pint of skim milk.
Add milk to a bowl and heat it up either on the stove or microwave (just warm enough, DO NOT boil it,) add the gelatin and whey protein. Stir it until the mixture is homogeneous (make sure there is NO lumps on your mixture), pour it into bowls, glasses, and/or mugs and leave it to set overnight.
